摘要
以山西某热电公司前后墙对冲燃烧器布置方式的锅炉为研究对象,针对燃用高硫煤造成的两侧墙水冷壁结焦和高温腐蚀问题,开发了一种新型的全周贴壁风装置,并在贴壁风装置喷口附近的水冷壁上安装氧量测点,用以感知水冷壁附近的烟气气氛,为贴壁风的运行调节提供依据。该成果实施后,缓解了前后墙对冲燃烧器布置方式锅炉两侧墙水冷壁的结焦和高温腐蚀问题,达到了预期效果,为企业取得了显著的经济效益。
In this paper,the boiler with front and rear wall counter burner arrangement in a thermal power company in Shanxi Province is studied.In order to address the coking and high temperature corrosion issues of water wall of both sides caused by burning high sulfur coal,a new type of all-round wall-sticking wind device is developed,and oxygen measurement points are installed on the water wall near the nozzle of the wall-sticking wind device,to sense the flue gas atmosphere near the water wall,providing the basis for the operation adjustment of the wall-sticking wind.After the implementation of this achievement,the problems of coking and high temperature corrosion of water wall on both sides of boiler with front and rear wall counter burner arrangement are alleviated,and the expected effect is achieved,bringing remarkable economic benefits to the enterprise.
