新型小倾角间冷塔内压及展宽平台风洞试验研究

摘要 针对1000MW级小倾角双曲线混凝土冷却塔进行风洞试验,通过1∶500的缩尺模型进行散热器透风率分别为0,0.2,0.4,0.6和0.8的测压试验,研究小倾角间冷塔内部风压与散热器百叶窗开度和风速的关系,以及展宽平台封板上表面、下表面和合压力的平均压力系数最大值、最小值随不同工况的变化。通过试验和分析计算得出内压平均风压系数和展宽平台封板体型系数取值,用于小倾角间冷塔的设计计算。 A wind tunnel test is carried out on an 1000 MW class low-angle hyperbolic concrete cooling tower,and the pressure test is carried out on a scale model of 1∶500 when ventilation rates of the radiators is 0,0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8 respectively.The relation-ship between the internal wind pressure and the opening of radiator shutter and the wind speed inside the low-angle intercooling tower is studied,and the value change of the average pressure coefficient of the upper surface,lower surface and joint pressure of the broaden-ing platform seal plate under different working conditions is also studied.Through test and analysis,the average wind pressure coeffi-cient of internal pressure and the shape coefficient of the broadening platform seal plate are calculated,which is used in the design and calculation of low-angle intercooling tower.
