摘要
本研究旨在提高辐出度测量的准确性,采用自制辐射源与辐射接收装置,探究了辐出度与其影响因素关系,物体的辐出度随粗糙程度增大而增大且会受表面颜色影响;物体的辐出度与其热力学温度的四次方成正比,与距离的平方成反比。实验结果最大误差仅为0.00248,其余误差数量级均小于10^(-4),拟合优度高达0.99989,接近于1,说明该方法测量辐出度的精确度高。该研究对于温度准确测量、表征材料特性研究、优化热工程过程及监测环境热辐射等方面具有重要意义。
This study aims to improve the accuracy of radiosity measurement.The study uses a custommade radiation source and a radiation receiving device to explore the relationship between radiosity and its influencing factors.The radiosity of objects increases with roughness and is influenced by surface color.The radiation output of an object is proportional to the fourth power of its thermodynamic temperature and inversely proportional to the square of its distance.The maximum error of the experimental results is only 0.00248,with other errors being less than 10^(-4).The goodness of fit is as high as 0.99989,close to 1,indicating that the method is highly accurate.This study is significant for accurate temperature measurement,material property characterization,thermal engineering process optimization,and environmental thermal radiation monitoring.
