典型油雾车间环境颗粒物组分解析及溯源

摘要 本研究旨在深入解析典型油雾车间环境颗粒物的组分特性并追溯其来源。采集了青岛某厂机轮车间的环境颗粒物样本,利用X射线荧光(XRF)分析仪对颗粒物中的金属元素组成进行分析,表明样品的金属元素以Ca、K为主,其次为Fe、Ti、Zn、Cu,涉及的重金属包括Cd、Pb、Hg。通过热失重分析仪(TG)研究颗粒物的热稳定性和组分,探究了其在不同温度下的质量变化及组分变化,样品最终失重量为93.71%。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对颗粒物的化学结构和官能团进行分析,揭示了其有机成分的特性,样品主要由棉纤维和聚酯纤维组成,还可能含有人造丝、尼龙和亚麻等。借助有机碳元素碳分析仪(OCEC)测量颗粒物中的有机碳和元素碳含量,表明样品的碳质组分中有机碳占到了90%以上。相关研究结果在一定程度上揭示了颗粒物的主要组分、分布特征以及可能的污染源。 The environmental particulate matter samples in the wheel workshop of a factory in Qingdao were collected,and the elemental composition of the particulate matter was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence(XRF) analyzer,and the inorganic elements of the samples were mainly Ca and K,followed by Fe,Ti,Zn and Cu,the heavy metals involved include Cd,Pb,and Hg.The thermal stability and composition of the particles were studied by a thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),and the mass and composition changes of the particles at different temperatures were understood,and the final weight loss of the sample was 93.71%.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was used to analyze the chemical structure and functional groups of the particulate matter,revealing the characteristics of its organic composition,and the samples were mainly composed of cotton and polyester fibers.The organic composition of the sample was revealed,and the sample was mainly composed of cotton and polyester fibers,and may also contain rayon,nylon,and flax.The organic carbon and elemental carbon content of the particulate matter was measured by the organic carbon elemental carbon analyzer(OCEC),which showed that the carbonaceous component of the sample was more than 90% organic carbon.The results of the study revealed the main components,distribution characteristics and possible pollution sources of particulate matter to a certain extent.
