摘要
地塞米松磷酸钠是一种人工合成的肾上腺皮质激素。利用核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)、氢-氢相关谱(^(1)H-^(1)H COSY)、核磁共振碳谱(^(13)C NMR)、DEPT谱、氟谱(^(19)F NMR)、磷谱(^(31)P NMR)、异核单量子相关谱(HSQC)和异核多键相关谱(HMBC)等基本核磁技术对地塞米松磷酸钠的结构进行了解析,对该化合物所有的NMR谱信号一一进行了归属,为地塞米松磷酸钠的质量研究提供了较为全面的参考依据。
Dexamethasone sodium phosphate is a synthetic adrenocortical hormone.The structure of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was analyzed by using basic NMR technique,including the nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum (^(1)H NMR),hydrogen-hydrogen correlation spectroscopy (^(1)H-^(1)H COSY),nuclear magnetic carbon spectrum (^(13)C NMR),DEPT,fluorine spectrum (^(19)F NMR),phosphorus spectrum (^(31)P NMR),heteronuclear single quantum correlation spectroscopy (HSQC),heteronuclear multiple bond spectrum (HMBC),and all NMR signals of this compound were assigned,which provided a more comprehensive reference basis for the quality research of dexamethasone sodium phosphate.
