考虑碳捕集与光热电站的综合能源系统优化调度

摘要 为高效处理综合能源系统IES(integrated energy system)中因热电供需矛盾导致的弃风及碳排放问题,构建了考虑碳捕集与封存CCS(carbon capture and storage)技术以及光热CSP(concentrating solar power)电站的优化调度模型。首先,利用CCS技术对热电联产CHP(combined heat and power)机组进行低碳化改造,建立碳捕集热电联产机组的数学模型;然后,在此基础上引入CSP电站,构成CSP-CHP-CCS协同框架,并建立含CSP-CHPCCS的IES低碳经济调度模型;接着,针对系统中的源、荷不确定性,采用信息间隙决策理论进行模拟分析,构建风险规避鲁棒模型;最后,通过算例仿真对比,验证了所提模型在促进新能源消纳和降低碳排放方面的有效性。 To efficiently deal with the problems of wind power curtailment and carbon emissions caused by the contradiction between the supply and demand of heat and power in an integrated energy system(IES),an optimal scheduling model considering the carbon capture and storage(CCS)technology and concentrating solar power(CSP)station is established.First,the CCS technology is used to transform the combined heat and power(CHP)unit into a low-carbon unit,and a mathematical model of the CHP unit with carbon capture is established.Then,the CSP station is introduced on this basis to form a CSP-CHP-CCS collaborative framework,and a low-carbon economic scheduling model of IES with CSP-CHP-CCS is established.In addition,aimed at the source and load uncertainties in the system,the information gap decision theory is used for simulation and analysis,and a risk aversion robust model is constructed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model in promoting new energy consumption and reducing carbon emissions is verified by the comparison of a numerical example through simulations.
