《行政处罚法》研究的热点主题及趋势探析———基于CiteSpace文献可视化分析

Analysis of the Hot Topics and Trends in the Study of“Administrative Penalty Law”——Visual Analysis of Literature Based on Citespace

《行政处罚法》是依法行政和法治政府建设的重要依据和手段。文章借助CiteSpace可视化软件,主要采用文献计量学和科学知识图谱等研究方法,统计与分析了近二十五年以来主题为“行政处罚法”的1106篇文章的基本特征、关键词研究热点以及趋势。通过绘制研究发文量、核心作者、机构合作网络以及关键词共现分析等图谱,进一步分析热点研究主题,并试图预测未来发展趋势,以期为后续研究提供参考。

“The Administrative Penalty Law”is an important basis and means for law based administration and the construction of a rule of law government.The article utilizes Citespace visualization software and mainly adopts research methods such as bibliometrics and scientific knowledge graph to statistically analyze the basic characteristics,keyword research hotspots,and trends of 1106 articles on the theme of“Administrative Penalty Law”in the past 25 years.By drawing graphs of research publication volume,core authors,institutional collaboration networks,and keyword co occurrence analysis,we further analyze hot research topics and attempt to predict future development trends,in order to provide reference for subsequent research.
