摘要
针对共享单车供需失衡、乱停乱放等问题,以深圳市为研究案例,结合POI、交通路网等多源大数据,从OD流量分布及时空模式分布两方面揭示地铁站区域共享单车的骑行时空特征,并构建多尺度地理加权回归模型探究城市不同建成环境对共享单车接驳量的影响机理。结果表明:OD流量分布与周边用地性质有关,且热点与冷点模式分别集中在市中心和郊区;公司企业、住宅小区、购物消费、休闲娱乐、医院、主干路、交叉口及公交站在各时段均对共享单车接驳量产生显著影响;各显著变量之间的空间尺度存在差异,具有不同的空间异质性。
This paper takes Shenzhen as a research case,combines POI,traffic network and other sources of big data,reveals the spatial and temporal characteristics of shared bicycle riding in metro station area from the distribution of OD traffic and spatial and temporal patterns,and constructs multi-scale geographically-weighted regression model to explore the influence mechanism of different built environments of the city on the amount of shared bicycle connectivity.The results show that the distribution of OD traffic is related to the nature of the surrounding land use,and the hot and cold spot patterns are concentrated in the city center and suburbs,respectively;corporate enterprises,residential communities,shopping and consumption,leisure and entertainment,hospitals,main roads,intersections and bus stops have a significant impact on the amount of bike-sharing connectivity at all time periods;the spatial scales of the significant variables differ from each other,and have different spatial heterogeneity.
