摘要
党的二十大报告提出要“重视心理健康和精神卫生”,并对大学生心理健康教育提出了新的任务和要求。传统的心理健康教育课程存在师资力量薄弱、教学理念陈旧、教学内容浅层次、考评方式单一等问题。根据OBE教育理念,心理健康课程应该尽快提高师资水平,贯彻“以学生为中心”教育理念,革新教学模式,重塑课程评价体系,基于科学研究,结合实践经验,培养学生的心理素质和应对挑战的能力。
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed“attaching importance to mental health and mental hygiene”,and put forward new tasks and requirements for college students’mental health education.The traditional curriculum of mental health education has such problems as weak teaching staff,outdated teaching concepts,shallow teaching contents,and single evaluation methods.According to the OBE educational Concept,mental health courses should improve the quality of teachers as soon as possible,implement the“student centered”educational philosophy,innovate teaching modes,reshape the curriculum evaluation system,and cultivate students’psychological qualities and ability to cope with challenges based on scientific research and practical experience.
