产教融合-数字赋能驱动下的本科毕业实习模式创新实践

摘要 贯彻国家产教融合和推行教育数字化指导方针,结合国家一流专业建设需求,拓展实习教育教学的数字赋能新路径,针对中国矿业大学地理信息科学专业毕业实习模式存在的组织形式欠灵活、实习内容欠全面、质量评价欠科学、数字元素欠融入等问题,构建了“线上下结合-校企联动”的毕业实习创新模式,并从校企实习基地联合共建,实习实训内容共同制定,线上线下实践协同组织和实习质量多方联动评价4个维度开展了实践探索,为我校地理信息科学专业毕业实习质量和人才培养水平提升提供支持,也可作为产教融合-数字赋能毕业实习和实践教学的新示范。 To implement the national guidelines on the integration of industry and education and the education digitization,combining with the construction needs of national first-class majors,we expanded the new path of digital empowerment of practice education and teaching.Aiming at the problems of inflexible organizational form,incomplete internship content,unscientific quality evaluation and insufficient integration of digital elements in the graduation internship mode of geographical information science major in China University of Mining and Technology,we constructed an innovative graduation internship mode of“online and offline integration,school-enterprise linkage”,and carried out practical exploration from four dimensions,such as joint construction of school-enterprise internship base,joint formulation of internship and training content,coordinated organization of online and offline practices,and multi-party linkage evaluation of internship quality.This study can provide support for the improvement of graduation internship quality and talent training level of geographical information science major in our school,and also be used as a new demonstration of production and education integration-digital empowerment graduation internship and practical teaching.
