摘要
学科竞赛已成为培养大学生创新创业能力的一种重要途径。通过学科竞赛培养测绘专业创新创业人才需要5个方面的联动:一是构建促使大学生参加学科竞赛的人才培养方案,推动学生参加各类学科竞赛;二是制订促进创新创业人才培养的学科竞赛规则,培养学生创新思维和创业能力;三是建立促进创新创业人才培养的竞赛指导团队,引导学生进行创新创业实践;四是科学开展竞赛培训,通过实习、实验、实践等方式培养创新创业能力;五是对具有创新创业能力的获奖者给予赛后支持与扶助,鼓励学生将创新成果通过各种方式转化为现实生产力。
Academic competition has become an important way to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial abilities of college students.Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents through academic competitions requires five aspects of linkage.The first is constructing talent training programs that encourage college students to participate in academic competitions.The second is formulating discipline competition rules to promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and cultivate students’innovative thinking and entrepreneurial abilities.The third is establishing a competition guidance team to promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and guide students to engage in innovative and entrepreneurial practices.The fourth is training the students how to get the best results by exercise,experiment and practice.The fifth is providing post competition support and assistance to award winners with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,encouraging students to transform their innovative achievements into real productivity through various means.
