高职教师实践教学胜任力研究与探讨

Research on Practical Teaching Competence of Higher Vocational Teachers

实践教学既培养职业院校学生关于工作岗位的关键技能,又发展着学生的综合职业素质。高职教师作为实践教学的执行者,实践教学胜任力既是指教师在实践教学中所需具备的知识、技能和素质,也包括教师在实践教学中的情感态度和价值观。研究与探讨高职教师实践教学胜任力的构成要素、培养方法以及其对学生学习成效的影响。通过对不同院校的多名高职教师的实际教学实践、教学观察与访谈,结合相关文献研究与问卷调查,深入分析了高职教师实践教学胜任力的重要性和特点。研究发现,高职教师实践教学胜任力包括专业知识与技能、实践教学能力、态度与价值观、特质与动机四大维度。进一步探讨了如何培养和提高高职教师实践教学胜任力。

The practice teaching not only trains the vocational college students’key skills about the post,but also develops the students’comprehensive professional quality.As the executor of practical teaching,teachers’practical teaching competence refers to the knowledge,skills and qualities they need in practical teaching,as well as their emotional attitude and values.This paper studies and discusses the components,training methods and the influence on students’learning effect of practical teaching competence of higher vocational teachers.Based on the teaching practice,teaching observation and interviews of many higher vocational teachers in different colleges,combined with the relevant literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the importance and characteristics of the practical teaching competence of higher vocational teachers.It is found that the practical teaching competence of higher vocational teachers includes professional knowledge and skills,practical teaching ability,attitude and values,characteristics and motivation.It further discusses how to cultivate and improve the practical teaching competence of higher vocational teachers.
