高职思想政治教育与地区产业双向融合创新机制研究——以株洲地区开展“大思政课”协同为例

The Study on Innovation Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and Regional Industry Integration:Taking the Collaboration of Great Ideological and Political Courses in Zhuzhou as an Example

高职院校思想政治教育改革是基于新时代推进现代职业教育体系发展目标的必然之举。遵循高职院校人才培养规律、思想政治教育规律和学生成长成才规律,用好“大思政课”创新协同育人格局,破解高职思想政治教育中“精准”不足、“定制”不足、“联动”不足的难题,探索工学融合、理实融合、校企社融合机制,为高职思想政治教育服务地方经济社会发展,实现理论教学与地方特色实践相互联动,打通本地区学校、企业和社会三方共赢平台,提供理论依据和实践指导。

The reform of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is based on the goals of promoting the development of modern vocational education system in the new era.The education should follow the regularity of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,the ideological and political education and the students’growth and accomplishment,make good use of innovative collaborative education in“Great Ideological and Political Courses”.It can solve the problems of the lack of precise,customized and linkage education in higher vocational colleges,explore the integration mechanism of work and study,theory and practice and collegeenterprise-society,provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance to letting ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges serving local economic and social development,realizing the linkage between theoretical teaching and local characteristic practice and opening up a win-win platform for schools,enterprises and society in the region.
