OBE理念下的院级立体网格化教学管理模式

Teaching Management Mode of College-level Three-dimensional Grid Based on Outcome-based Education

OBE理念是推进工程专业认证、建设一流专业应遵循的基本原则,是目前教育教学改革所依据的重要理念。许多高校在教学信息化建设及教学管理方面已经取得一定成效。但在如何保障专业、教师和学生之间的强耦合关系,以及确立基于OBE理念的评价与绩效机制方面依然存在机制不健全、内容不合理、流程不清晰、评价与持续改进机制不完善等问题。针对这些问题,提出了基于OBE理念的院级立体网格化教学管理模型,从多个角度和多个层次建立了专业、学生、教师之间的立体网格化关系,完善了相关制度,制定了相应流程。改革成效显著,河北大学电子信息工程学院四个专业获批国家一流本科专业建设点。

OBE concept is the basic principle to promote the engineering education accreditation and build first-class specialties,and the current education and teaching reform is based on the education concept.Many colleges and universities have made certain achievements in teaching information construction and teaching management.However,there are still some problems,for example,how to ensure the strong coupling relationship between majors,teachers and students.How to establish the evaluation and performance mechanism based on the OBE concept also has many problems,such as imperfect mechanism,unreasonable content,unclear process,and imperfect evaluation and continuous improvement mechanism.For these problems,it is proposed a college-level three-dimensional gridding teaching management model based on the OBE concept,the three-dimensional gridding relationship between majors,students and teachers is established from multiple angles and levels,the relevant systems is improved and the corresponding processes is developed.The reform has achieved remarkable results.The four majors of the college have been approved as the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites.
