大规模因材施教理念下辅修课程教学模式探索

Exploration of Teaching Modes for Minor Specialized Courses under the Concept of Mass Customization

摘要 以高校“机器学习”课程教学为例,从满足辅修专业学生个性化学习需求角度出发,探讨了大规模因材施教理念下的辅修专业课程教学模式。提出通过“机器学习”课程与大规模因材施教理念融合机制、面向多学科学生个性化教学需求的大规模因材施教教学模式、匹配知识内容和学生知识背景的课程教学案例研究与设计、主修专业应用需求驱动的课程实验教学方法研究与内容设计等方面进行教学模式创新与案例设计。通过上述方式能够全方位培养辅修专业学生在课程学习过程中的多元化知识理解能力及工程实践思辨能力,可以进一步优化、拓展、丰富研究型高校辅修专业的人才培养模式。 Taking the teaching of machine learning courses in higher education institutions as an example,this study explores the teaching modes for minor specialized courses under the concept of mass customization,with a focus on meeting the personalized learning needs of students pursuing a minor specialization.The study proposes innovative approaches and case designs for teaching modes,including the integration of machine learning courses with the concept of mass customization,a teaching mode based on the personalized learning needs of multidisciplinary students,case studies and designs that match the knowledge content with students’background knowledge,and research on and content design of course experiments driven by the application demands of the major specialization.Through the aforementioned approaches,the teaching modes and case designs can comprehensively cultivate the diversified knowledge comprehension abilities and engineering practice and reasoning abilities of students pursuing a minor specialization,thereby further optimizing,expanding,and enriching the talent teaching modes for research-oriented minor specializations in higher education institutions.
