摘要
为了研究案例教学法(CBL)结合3D打印技术的教学模式在骨肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果,选取2019年1月至2020年12月在海军军医大学第一附属医院关节骨病外科实习的本科学员72名,其中,对照组38名学员采用传统的授课式教学,实验组34名学员采用案例教学法结合3D打印技术的教学方法。完成教学后,对学员进行理论知识和临床技能考核,并拟制问卷由学员对课程进行满意度评价。结果显示,实验组理论考核成绩和临床技能成绩均显著高于对照组(p<0.05);实验组问卷调查结果显著优于对照组(p<0.05)。由此可知,案例教学法结合3D打印技术应用于骨肿瘤的临床教学,可以提高学员理论知识的掌握程度以及临床操作的能力,提升学员的学习兴趣和积极性,提高教学效果。
To study the application effect of case based learning(CBL)combined with 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of bone tumors,from January 2019 to December 2020,72 undergraduate students were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University to practice in the surgery of joint osteopathy,and 38 students in the control group were selected to use the traditional teaching method.The experimental group of 34 students adopted a teaching method combining case teaching with 3D printing technology.After completing the teaching,students will be assessed for theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,and a questionnaire will be developed for students to evaluate their satisfaction with the course.The results showed that the theoretical assessment scores and clinical skill scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05);The questionnaire survey results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(p<0.05).The combination of case teaching method and 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of bone tumors can improve students’mastery of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation ability,enhance students’learning interest and enthusiasm,and improve teaching effectiveness.
