基于CBL的混合教学模式在护理实践教学中的应用——以中高职“基础护理”课程为例

摘要 探索基于案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的混合教学模式在中高职“基础护理”实践教学中的应用效果,抽取2021级护理专业两个平行班级学生为试验组和对照组,两组均为40人,试验组采用基于CBL的混合式教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。结果显示,试验组操作技能及相关理论平均成绩显著高于对照组,试验组对教学的满意度优于对照组。由此可知,基于CBL的混合式教学模式应用于“基础护理”课程实践教学,有助于提升教学效果和学生满意度。 To explore the effectiveness of using blended teaching mode based on case-based learning(CBL)in practical teaching of fundamental nursing in secondary and higher vocational education,two parallel classes of 2021 nursing were selected as the control group and the experimental group,and each group had 40 students.The experimental group used the blended teaching mode based on CBL while the control group used the traditional teaching mode.The average scores of fundamental skills and knowledge of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and most of the experiment group students were more stratified with the teaching mode.The results show that the application of blended teaching mode based on CBL in practical teaching of fundamental nursing can improve the teaching outcomes and the students’satisfaction.
