摘要
研究生创新能力培养是研究生教育的核心内容。由于生源质量和科研实力等原因,地方高校研究生的科研创新能力与国家重点院校相比存在一定差距。分析了制约地方高校研究生科研创新能力的内外因素,分别从研究生教育管理部门、研究生导师、研究生专业教师和研究生自身四个方面剖析了研究生科研创新能力培养中存在的问题,追溯其产生根源,认为在思想上不重视、在行动上不落实是制约研究生科研创新能力培养的主要原因。针对以上问题,探讨了如何从研究生教育涉及的各个环节着手提高研究生的科研创新能力,以期为我国地方高校研究生创新教育提供参考意见,提高研究生的创新能力,更好地为发展地方经济服务。
The cultivation of postgraduates’innovation ability is the core content of postgraduate education.Due to the quality of students and scientific research platform,there is a certain gap in the research innovation ability of graduate students between the local colleges and universities and national key universities.This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that restrict the scientific research innovation ability of graduate students in local colleges and universities,and analyzes the problems in the cultivation of graduate students’scientific research innovation ability from four aspects:graduate education management departments,graduate tutors,graduate professional teachers and graduate students themselves,traces back to its root causes,and believes that the main reason that restricts the cultivation of graduate students’scientific research innovation ability is that they do not attach importance to the idea and do not implement the action.In view of the above problems,this paper discusses how to improve the research innovation ability of graduate students from all aspects involved in graduate education,with a view to providing reference for the innovation education of graduate students in local universities in China,so as to improve the quality of graduate training and better serve the development of local economy.
