大学生创新创业教育体系建设探索——以贵州医科大学学生创新创业工作开展为例

摘要 随着我国人口结构与经济结构深度调整,社会产业转型升级、技术进步对创新创业人才需求的不断提高,大学生创新创业教育得到高度重视,其教育改革已成为高校当下关注的重点。通过对贵州医科大学开展创新创业教育工作建设的探索和凝练,结合当下高校创新创业教育存在的以理论教育覆盖为主、实践教育所占比例不够高、成果转移转化路径不够通畅等系列问题做出剖析,通过实际案例说明,以期总结出适合于医科类院校的创新创业育人模式。 With the deep adjustment of China’s population structure and economic structure,the transformation and upgrading of social industries have put forward an increasing demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents by technological progress,therefore,college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education has been highly valued,and its educational reform has become the focus of colleges and universities.Based on the exploration and summary of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Guizhou Medical University,this paper analyzed a series of problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,such as the high coverage of theoretical education,the low proportion of practical education,and the unobstructed path of achievement transfer and transformation,with a view to summarizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education model suitable for medical colleges and universities through practical cases.
