摘要
拔尖创新人才培养是落实立德树人根本任务的内在逻辑,同样也是高等教育内涵发展和高质量教育体系的重要载体和实现理路。依据“中国大学生学习与发展追踪调查(CCSS)”的数据,对某地方工科院校拔尖创新实验班学生的人才培养质量和学习投入进行研究,并对拔尖创新实验班和普通班的学生进行指标对比,分析两者差异。根据实证研究结果,应激发拔尖创新实验班学生学习志趣、增加生师互动和教师反馈等,满足他们的高标准和高需求,增加对学校的满意度。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the inherent logic of carrying out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,and it is also the important carrier and way of realizing the connotation development of higher education and high-quality education system.Based on the data of CCSS,this paper studies the quality of talent cultivation and learning investment of the top innovation experimental class students in a local engineering college,and through the comparison of top innovation experimental class and ordinary class of students,it compares the indicators,analysis of the differences between the two.According to the results of the empirical study,the students’interest in learning should be stimulated,the interaction between students and teachers should be increased,and the teachers’feedback should be enhanced.And then,their high standards and needs for study can be met and their satisfaction towards the university will increase.
