高校跨文化教育学生思政全过程育人的探索

摘要 随着世界多极化形势的变化以及教育部实施“三全育人”综合改革工作总体目标的要求,跨文化教育“三全育人”相关工作面临着诸多新的形势。从跨文化教育中学生思政工作面临的挑战入手,跨文化环境下学生思政工作的侧重点应以爱国主义教育为引领,以培养诚实守信品德、担当协作精神、跨文化适应能力提升为核心;并总结多年办学实际提出了适应中外合作办学项目的全过程思政工作体系,对高校中外合作办学模式下的学生思政全过程育人进行了积极探索。 With the profound changes in the world’s internationalization situation,and the requirements for the overall goal of the Ministry of Education’s implementation of the comprehensive reform of“Three-wide Education”,“Three-wide Education”in cross-cultural education is facing many new situations.Starting from challenges faced by ideological and political education in cross-cultural education,this paper analyzes the focuses of students’ideological and political work in cross-cultural education,which should be the guiding of patriotic education,the cultivation of honesty and trustworthiness,the spirit of responsibility and cooperation,and the improvement of cross-cultural adaptability.On the basis of years’practice,it proposes a whole-process ideological and political work system in sino-foreign cooperative education,which has made an active exploration in this field.
