新时代提高大学生就业竞争力的策略研究

摘要 在全球经济增速减缓背景下,整个社会的供需结构性矛盾越来越明显,高校大学生的就业压力也在不断增加。提高新时代大学生在就业过程中的优势竞争力,已经成为整个社会和每个高校无法回避的社会问题。通过分析新时代大学生就业竞争力的现状,具体研究了大学生人才培养模式、大学生自主学习和大学生就业竞争力评价模型等方面存在的问题,提出利用虚拟现实技术构建线上实验室、构建以讨论和实践为主的大学生自主学习模式和基于机器学习理论的就业竞争力评价模式等建议。 In the context of slowing global economic growth,the structural contradiction between supply and demand in the entire society is becoming increasingly apparent,and the employment pressure of college students is also continuously increasing.Improving the competitive advantage of college students in the employment process in the post-epidemic era has become an unavoidable social issue for the entire society and every university.This article analyzes the current situation of college students’employment competitiveness in the new era,and specifically studies the problems in the talent cultivation mode,independent learning,and evaluation model of college students’employment competitiveness.Suggestions are proposed including using virtual reality technology to build online laboratories,constructing a college students’independent learning mode based on discussion and practice,and evaluating employment competitiveness based on machine learning theory.
