湘西州职业院校电子商务人才培养助力湘西非遗发展路径研究

Assistance in Cultivating E-Commerce Talents in Vocational Colleges in Xiangxi Prefecture Research on the Development Path of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Xiangxi

湘西自治州非物质文化遗产丰富,如何将湘西非遗和现代产业技术相结合,提升湘西非遗生命力和服务湘西州乡村振兴战略,一直是湘西州各级政府研究的重要课题和湘西州职业院校应担之责。该文研究发现:湘西州职业院校电子商务人才培养和湘西非遗传承与发展具有天然的契合点,通过修订电商专业人才培养方案,构建“非遗+电商”课程体系,实施“校+家+企”协同培养的学徒制办学,将湘西非遗与电商人才培养进行深度融合,打造富有民族地方特色电子商务专业,既能解决湘西非遗传承人才缺乏、生存能力弱、濒临消亡的问题,又能挖掘湘西非遗独特的魅力,增强其延续和创新,对服务湘西州乡村振兴与发展,具有深远意义。

Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has rich intangible cultural heritage.How to combine Xiangxi intangible cultural heritage with modern industrial technology,enhance the vitality of Xiangxi intangible cultural heritage,and serve the rural revitalization strategy of Xiangxi Prefecture has always been an important research topic for governments at all levels of Xiangxi Prefecture and a responsibility that vocational colleges in Xiangxi Prefecture should undertake.This study found that there is a natural connection between the cultivation of e-commerce talents in vocational colleges in Xiangxi Prefecture and the inheritance and development of Xiangxi intangible cultural heritage.By revising the talent cultivation plan for e-commerce majors,constructing a"intangible cultural heritage+e-commerce"curriculum system,implementing an apprenticeship system of"school+family+enterprise"collaborative training,deeply integrating the cultivation of Xiangxi intangible cultural heritage and e-commerce talents,and creating an e-commerce major with ethnic and local characteristics,it can not only solve the problem of the lack of Xiangxi intangible cultural heritage inheritance talents,weak survival ability,and imminent extinction,but also tap into the unique charm of Xiangxi intangible cultural heritage,enhance its continuity and innovation,and serve the rural revitalization and development of Xiangxi Prefecture,which has profound significance.
