摘要
旅游体验质量既是旅游体验研究中的热点问题,也是旅游景区的生命线。红色旅游景区承载着丰富的革命历史,是传承红色基因、弘扬革命精神的重要场所,游客体验质量的好坏,关乎景区的可持续发展。该文以甘肃红色旅游景区为例,对景区游客体验质量进行了测度。研究发现:游客对物理环境体验质量、景区服务管理体验质量的评价较高;游客对人际互动体验质量、红色旅游产品体验质量的评价较低;不同年龄、文化水平的游客群体在红色旅游体验质量评价上存在显著差异。该文旨为甘肃红色旅游景区提升教育效果、增强游客满意度、推动红色文化传承和创新提供实践参考。
The quality of tourist experience is not only a hot issue in the study of tourist experience but also the lifeline of tourist attractions.Red tourism attractions are rich in revolutionary history and are important places for inheriting the red gene and promoting the revolutionary spirit.The quality of tourist experience is related to the sustainable development of the attractions.Taking Gansu's red tourism attractions as an example,this article measures the quality of tourist experience in the attractions.The research findings indicate that the physical environmental experience and the service management experience of the attractions are highly rated by tourists;however,the quality of interpersonal interaction and the experience of red tourism products are rated lower by visitors.There are also significant differences in the evaluation of red tourism experience quality among tourist groups of different ages and educational levels.The research conclusions provide practical references for improving the educational effectiveness,enhancing visitor satisfaction,and promoting the inheritance and innovation of red culture in Gansu's red tourism attractions.
