摘要
中华优秀传统文化,是中华民族数千年的智慧结晶,更是文化精神瑰宝。将中华优秀传统文化融入高校思想道德与法制课程教学,是传承创新中华优秀传统文化的迫切需要,也是增强高校“德法课”理论课实效性的必然选择。首先,该文分析了将中华优秀传统文化融入“德法课”的必要性,包括传承创新文化的迫切需求及增强课程实效性;其次,阐述了传统文化与“德法课”的内在契合性,特别是道德伦理观念、法治思想及人文精神的共通性;最后,通过探究当前融入过程中存在的问题,如教师文化素养不足、教学方式单一、融合平台缺失及资源利用不足,提出了融入的基本路径,包括提升教师文化素养、创新课堂教学、构建文化融合平台及整合社会资源,以期为高校“德法课”教学提供新的思路和方法。
Excellent traditional Chinese culture is not only the wisdom crystallization of the Chinese nation for thousands of years,but also a cultural and spiritual treasure.Integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into the teaching of moral and legal courses in universities is an urgent need to inherit and innovate excellent traditional Chinese culture,and it is also an inevitable choice to enhance the effectiveness of theoretical courses in moral and legal courses in universities.Firstly,the article analyzes the necessity of integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into"moral and legal courses",including the urgent need to inherit innovative culture and enhance the effectiveness of the curriculum.Secondly,it elaborates on the inherent compatibility between traditional culture and"moral and legal courses",especially the commonality of moral and ethical concepts,legal thinking,and humanistic spirit.Finally,by exploring the existing problems in the current integration process,such as insufficient teacher cultural literacy,single teaching methods,lack of integration platforms,and insufficient resource utilization,the basic path of integration is proposed,including improving teacher cultural literacy,innovating classroom teaching,constructing cultural integration platforms,and integrating social resources,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the teaching of"moral and legal courses"in universities.
