文化自信视域下学校文化建设策略研究

摘要 该文从文化自信的角度深入探讨了学校文化建设的有效策略,文化自信是国家和民族发展的重要支撑,学校作为文化教育的重要阵地,应积极采取措施加强文化自信教育。通过加强师资文化自信培训、整合课程资源以突出文化自信内容、开展丰富多样的社会实践活动及家校合作等方式,可以有效地在学校中传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化,提升学生的文化素养和审美能力,构建和谐、富有文化底蕴的校园环境。特别是社会实践活动的开展,如社区文化服务、文化遗址参观等,能让学生更直观、深刻地理解中华优秀传统文化的内涵和价值。同时,家校合作将文化教育延伸到家庭,使学生在家庭和社会中也能接受到优秀文化的熏陶。 This paper discusses in depth the effective strategy of school culture construction from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,which is an important support for the development of the country and the nation,and the school,as an important position of cultural education,should take active measures to strengthen the education of cultural self-confidence.By strengthening the training of teachers in cultural self-confidence,integrating curriculum resources to highlight the content of cultural self-confidence,carrying out rich and varied social practice activities and home-school co-operation,it is possible to effectively promote and pass on the excellent traditional culture in schools,enhance the cultural literacy and aesthetic ability of students,and build a harmonious and culturally rich campus environment.In particular,the development of social practice activities,such as community cultural services and visits to cultural heritage sites,can give students a more intuitive and profound understanding of the connotation and value of excellent traditional Chinese culture.Meanwhile,home-school co-operation extends cultural education to the family,so that students can also receive the cultivation of excellent culture in the family and society.
