政治传播与乡村治理的耦合共振关系分析

The Coupled and Resonant Relationship Between Political Communication and Rural Governance

在坚持中国共产党领导的特殊政治体制下,政治传播是嵌入我国社会系统运行中的元素。对于乡村社会这一具体社会形态而言,乡村政治传播经历了“硬管理”和“软治理”两个时期。在当代“治理”语境下,政治传播与乡村治理在实践主体、实践形式以及实践目的三个方面具有高度的耦合性关系。这种耦合关系进而引发二者的“同频共振”:一方面,政治传播理论在一定程度上指导着乡村治理实践;另一方面,乡村治理的实践探索也为政治传播研究提供了一个理论生成与检验的现实场域。政治传播与乡村治理的结合既是传播学中国本土化理论创新的时代需求,也是与国际传播学理论进行交流对话的可行路径。

Under the special political system adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,political communication is an element embedded in the operation of China’s social system.As for the specific social form of rural society,rural political communication has gone through two periods of“hard management”and“soft governance”.In the context of“governance”,political communication and rural governance have a high degree of coupled relationship in three aspects,practice subject,practice form and practice purpose.This coupled relationship leads to the“co-frequency resonance”.On the one hand,the theory of political communication guides the practice of rural governance to a certain extent.On the other hand,the practice of rural governance provides a realistic field for the research of political communication to generate and test theories.The combination of political communication and rural governance is not only the demand of the innovation of Chinese localization theory of communication,but also a feasible path for dialogue with international communication theory.
