摘要 随着餐饮市场的降本增效和人们生活节奏的加快,预制菜成为众多家庭和餐饮企业的选择。本文概述了预制菜的定义和发展现状,并剖析了当前预制菜产业在原材料、标准制定、消费者认知和政策方面面临的问题,同时提出了解决这些问题的有效对策,以供参考。 With the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the catering market and the acceleration of people's life rhythm,prefabricated dishes have become the choice of many families and catering enterprises.This paper summarizes the definition and development status of prefabricated food,analyzes the current problems faced by the prefabricated food industry in terms of raw materials,standard setting,consumer cognition and policies,and puts forward effective countermeasures to solve these problems for reference.
