在食品安全和质量监管日益受到重视的今天,无损检测技术成为确保食品品质的重要手段。本文从专利视角对食品无损检测技术进行了深入分析,探讨了其在确保食品安全和提升食品品质中的重要性。通过专利检索和分析,识别了专利整体申请趋势、关键技术以及主要的申请人。对典型的食品无损检测技术进行了介绍,并基于专利分析结果,给出了相关技术研究走向和未来发展的建议。
With increasing attention to food safety and quality supervision,non-destructive testing technology has become an important means to ensure food quality.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of non-destructive food testing technology from a patent perspective,discussing its importance in ensuring food safety and improving quality.Through patent retrieval and analysis,the overall patent application trend,key technologies,and main applicants are identified.Typical food non-destructive testing technologies are introduced,and based on the results of the patent analysis,suggestions for the development of technology in this field and future research directions are proposed.
