摘要
铁道客车车端电气连接器主要有动力连接器和控制连接器,其中DC 600 V连接器、AC380 V连接器、邻车供电连接器及DC 48 V连接器这些动力连接器的绝缘板材质均采用DMC,DC 110V连接器及39芯通信连接器这些动力连接器绝缘板材质采用PC。文章主要针对DC 110 V及DC 600 V动力连接器的绝缘板性能进行了研究,分析了DMC和PC绝缘材料特性,开展了绝缘板标准符合性检查和绝缘板相关性能试验,对DC 110 V连接器绝缘板及DC 600 V连接器绝缘板提出了优化建议。
The end electrical connectors of railway passenger cars mainly include power connectors and control connectors,among of them,the insulation plates for the power connectors such as DC 600 V connector,AC 380 V connector,adjacent car power supply connector,and DC 48 V connector are all made of DMC,while the insulation plates for the power connectors such as DC 110 V connector and 39-core communication connector are made of PC.The study on the performance of insulation plates for connectors mainly aims at DC 110 V and DC 600 V power connectors.The characteristics of the insulation materials DMC and PC are analyzed,and the inspection of the standard compliance of the insulation plates and relevant performance tests on the insulation plates have been carried out to give suggestions on the optimization of the insulation plates for the DC 110 V connector and the DC 600 V connector.
