摘要
根据大量调研数据与实车测量数据,对服役状态下C_(64K)型敞车车体强度进行了仿真与试验研究。首先通过调研数据和测量数据的对比分析,验证了基于2组腐蚀数据的有限元计算模型的可比性。然后,根据实测腐蚀数据的特点,对被试车采用分段建模方法进行了仿真。在此基础上,对新造车、基于调研数据和测量数据的腐蚀后车体模型进行了静强度及冲击强度计算,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。验证了腐蚀后车体建模方法的准确性和腐蚀调研数据的仿真适用性,分析了腐蚀后车体静强度、垂向弯曲刚度及冲击强度的退化情况,并对车辆后续的运用给出了初步结论。
