摘要
针对现有的高校教师能力评价指标,提出一种人工智能算法的评价模型,以评估高校教师的教师的能力水平,促进教师教学质量的提升和学校整体教育质量的提高。采用基于信息熵和支持向量机等算法,建立了高校教师能力评价模型,利用信息熵进行数据处理和特征选择,并运用支持向量机算法进行模型构建和评估。测试结果表明,基于信息熵和支持向量机算法的高校教师能力评价模型在评价过程和等级划分上具有较大的实用价值。该模型为高校教师的能力识别、管理和评价提供了有效的研究方法,有助于推进现有评价体系。
Aiming at the existing evaluation index of university teachers'ability,an evaluation model of artificial intelli⁃gence algorithm is proposed to evaluate the ability level of university teachers and promote the improvement of teachers'teaching quality and the overall education quality of the university.Based on information entropy and support vector machine algorithm,the evaluation model of university teachers'ability is established.Information entropy is used for data processing and feature selection,and support vector machine algorithm is used for model construction and evaluation.Test results demonstrate that the evaluation model of university teachers'ability based on information entropy and support vector machine algorithm exhibits great practical value in the evaluation process and performance ranking.This model provides an effective research method for the ability identification,management and evaluation of university teachers,and helps to promote the existing evaluation system.
