“人工智能”与“农业农村现代化”是新时代“赶考”之路上的两道必答题。加快农业农村现代化是做好新时代“三农”工作的核心目标,也是社会主义现代化建设的重大任务。人工智能赋能农业农村现代化过程中面临很多现实问题,突出表现为基础研究滞后、互联网普及率不高、政策制度落后、资金投入不足、缺乏人力资本,通过加强人工智能基础研究、强化关键技术装备创新,加快互联网普及速度、提升农民数字素养,加大政策扶持力度、统筹规划整体设计,强化人工智能资金支持、优化农村资源配置,建设新型农业人才队伍,激发人才创新活力,助推农业农村现代化稳步前进。

"Artificial intelligence"and"agricultural and rural modernization"are two necessary questions on the road to"catch up with the exam"in the new era.Accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is the core goal of doing well the work of agriculture,countryside and farmers in the new era,and it is also an important task of socialist modernization.There are many practical problems in the process of artificial intelligence empowering agriculture and rural modernization,such as lagging basic research,low Internet penetration rate,backward policies and systems,insufficient capital investment,and lack of human capital.By strengthening basic research of artificial intelligence,strengthening innovation of key technologies and equipment,speeding up the popularization of the Internet,improving farmers'digital literacy,increasing policy support,making overall plans,strengthening financial support for artificial intelligence,optimizing rural resource allocation,building a new agricultural talent team,and stimulating the innovation vitality of talents,we can promote the steady progress of modernization in agriculture and rural areas.
