摘要
该文运用逻辑分析、文献综述等方法,梳理了人体为提升竞技能力所需要的膳食营养素,并对合理膳食对人体竞技能力提升的影响及作用进行分析,提出合理膳食助力人体竞技能力的策略包括研发运动膳食产品、拓宽食品市场布局、建立膳食评估体系与强化食品安全监控体系。
This study employed methods such as logical analysis and literature review to sort out the dietary nutrients required by the human body to enhance athletic ability and analyze the impact and role of a balanced diet in improving human athletic ability.The strategies proposed to boost athletic ability through a balanced diet include:developing sports dietary products,broadening the food market layout,establishing dietary evaluation systems,and strengthening the food safety monitoring systems.
