摘要
针对接力链螺旋(RCH)循环技术改进后的生产系统缺乏稳定性及未建立标准的操作流程巩固成果的问题,在SDCA循环具有标准化和维持已有改进效果的优点以及RCH循环技术具有循环往复、循环控制、逐步提升特点的基础上,提出了基于SDCA循环的接力链螺旋循环技术改进模型(RCH-SDCA循环模型),研究了RCH-SDCA循环模型的原理、工作步骤及工作流程,将RCH-SDCA循环运用于某供水隧洞开挖工程中,解决了爆破施工中存在的爆破振动、隧洞周边欠挖的问题,形成了本工程爆破施工标准,提高了水工隧洞爆破效率及安全性。
Aiming at the SDCA cycle with the advantages of standardisation and maintenance of the existing improvement effect and the Relay Chain Helix(RCH)cycle technology with the characteristics of weekly,cyclic control and gradual improvement,this paper proposes an improvement model of the RCH cycle technology(RCH-SDCA)based on the SDCA cycle.The principle,working steps and workflow of the RCH-SDCA model are studied.The RCH-SDCA cycle is applied to a water supply tunnel excavation project,which solves the problems of strong vibration sensation produced in the blasting process,and the rock on the edge of the tunnel does not reach the blasting effect,forms the blasting construction standard,and improves the efficiency of blasting in the hydraulic tunnel as well as the safety.
