基于苝衍生物的高浓度石墨烯水分散液制备

摘要 一步法合成了苝系衍生物-N,N-双(二乙胺基丙烷)-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酰亚胺(PDIs),对石墨烯有良好的附着能力,并将其作为石墨烯在水中的分散剂。利用超声液相剥离法,以水-乙醇为溶剂,膨胀石墨为原料,制备了高浓度石墨烯水分散液。用原子力显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜分析了水分散液中石墨烯的结构和形貌。结果表明:在最优的工艺参数下,获得了浓度为647.3 mg/L的石墨烯水分散液;石墨烯平均粒径小于1μm,片层数为3~5层,具有良好的品质。 Because of its good adhesion to graphene,perylene diimide derivatives-N,N-bis(diethylaminopropane)-3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylate di Imide(PDIs)were synthesized in one step method,and further used as the dispersant of graphene in water.The high concentration graphene aqueous dispersion was obtained by ultrasonic liquid phase exfoliation of flake graphite in water.The structure and morphology of graphene were analyzed by AFM,SEM and TEM.The results showed that the concentration of graphene water dispersion reached 647.3 mg/L under the optimal process parameters,the average particle size of the obtained graphene was less than 1μm,and the number of layers was 3~5,which had good quality.
