基于离子液体-盐的三相分配体系对人参叶多糖的分离纯化

摘要 为了探索新型绿色的分离方法纯化人参叶粗多糖,本研究制备胆碱水杨酸离子液体,选择合适的盐溶液形成双水相,研究双水相体系的相行为,在此基础上对水提醇沉的人参叶粗多糖通过制备三相分配体系进行纯化。结果表明:选择未稀释的胆碱水杨酸离子液体、饱和柠檬酸钾溶液、若干适量的人参叶粗多糖可以形成三相分配体系,分离出的下相即多糖富集相用乙醇沉淀,得到的产品多糖含量为30.32%,而未纯化前的粗多糖中多糖含量只有19.75%。 In order to explore the new green separation method to purify ginseng crude polysaccharide,choline salicylate ionic liquid was prepared,and the appropriate salt solution was selected to form aqueous biphasic system,the phase behavior of the aqueous biphasic system was studied.On this basis,the crude polysaccharide of ginseng leaf was purified by preparing the three-phase distribution system.The results showed that the undiluted choline salicylate ionic liquid,saturated potassium citrate solution and appropriate amount of crude polysaccharide from ginseng leaf could form a three-phase distribution system,the lower phase,i.e.,the polysaccharides-rich phase was precipitated by ethanol.The polysaccharide content of the obtained product was 30.32%,while that of the crude polysaccharide before purification was only 19.75%.
