摘要
分析柱前衍生法-HPLC测定化妆品中甲醛的不确定度。根据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)第四章理化检验4.12方法甲醛测定和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立分析柱前衍生法-高效液相色谱法测定甲醛的不确定度数学模型,通过对整个测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析和合成,运用最小二乘法对甲醛标准曲线拟合不确定度进行评定。取样量为0.2 g时,置信区间为95%时,K=2,化妆品中甲醛含量为(14.9±0.072104)mg/g。
The uncertainty of pre-column derivatization-HPLC method for the determination of formaldehyde in cosmetics was analyzed.According to Chapter 4,Physical and Chemical Inspection 4.12,Methods for Formaldehyde Determination,and JJF1059.1-2012,Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,a mathematical model for the uncertainty of formaldehyde determination using pre column derivatization andhigh-performance liquid chromatography was established in accordance with the Safety Technical Specifications for Cosmetics(2015 edition).The sources of uncertainty throughout the entire determination process were analyzed and synthesized.The uncertainty of fitting the formaldehyde standard curve using the least squares method was evaluated.When the sampling volume was 0.2 g and the confidence interval was 95%,K=2,the formaldehyde content in cosmetics was(14.9±0.072104)mg/g.
