眉山市十三五期间环境空气质量变化状况分析

摘要 十三五期间,眉山市环境空气质量显著改善,但实现空气质量稳定达标和持续改善面临较大压力。基于2016-2020年空气自动监测数据,分析了眉山市全域区县十三五期间环境空气质量状况,以期为当地的大气污染防治提供决策参考。研究结果表明:十三五期间,眉山市全域PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)等污染物浓度呈下降趋势,空气质量优良率稳步上升,但O_(3)和NO_(2)等光化学污染物浓度有上升趋势;眉山市全域空气质量稳步改善,颗粒物(PM_(2.5)/PM_(10))浓度下降是当地空气质量改善的主要贡献因子;眉山市PM_(2.5)治理策略成效明显,但O_(3)污染防治进展缓慢,O_(3)已成为当地空气质量进一步改善的制约因子,要进一步提升空气质量,需要实施PM_(2.5)和O_(3)协同治理。 In order to reflect the prevention and control effects and existing problems of atmospheric pollution,provide a scientific reference for precise pollution control,taking Meishan,an important part of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,as the study area,based on the monitoring results of national ambient monitoring network in Meishan,the monitoring results of six air pollutants concentrations from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed to summarize the variation trend of local air quality.The results showed that from 2016 to 2020,the concentration of PM_(2.5) and PM_(10),etc,showed a downward trend,but the concentration of O_(3) and NO_(2) showed a upward trend,during the 13th Five-year Plan,the air quality was improved very significantly,PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) were the major contribution factors to improve air quality,the policy for PM_(2.5) controlling was very productive,but ozone controlling is unsatisfactory.Ozone is become to the major restriction factor to improve air quality.To further improve local air quality,coordinated promotion for pollution control is necessary.
