摘要
本文以SMART原则为指导,结合国企工作实际,构建国企纪检监察工作考核指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各评价指标及其权重,对考核指标进行综合评价,得出量化评价结果。此考核评价体系的构建和应用,对于提升国企纪检监察工作质效、干部队伍建设具有实际意义。
This article is guided by the SMART principle,combined with the actual work of state-owned enterprises,to construct an assessment index system for discipline inspection and supervision work in state-owned enterprises.The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the evaluation indicators and their weights,and a comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation indicators is carried out to obtain quantitative evaluation results.The construction and application of this assessment and evaluation system have practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of disciplinary inspection and supervision work in state-owned enterprises,as well as the construction of the cadre team.
