“一带一路”视阈下黄河文化发展路径探究——以火神节庆为例

On the Development Path of YellowRiver Culture fromthe Perspective of“The Belt and Road”——A Case Study of the Fire God Festival

黄河文化是中华文明的重要组成部分,抓住“一带一路”倡议的历史机遇,推动黄河文化走出去,能提升黄河文化的国际传播效能。广泛流传在冀鲁豫地区的火神节既蕴含着中亚文化的信仰成份,又在发展演变中吸纳、壮大本土文化。然而,火神节节庆文化传承与发展面临诸多困境,地方政府或相关部门可以采取以下策略推动火神节庆文化的传承:依托本地科研资源,深挖火神节文化内涵;组织申报更高等级非物质文化遗产;推进火神节现代化、数字化、娱乐化;深入“一带一路”沿线国家与地区寻找合适受众。

The Yellow River culture is an important part of Chinese civilization.Grasping the historical opportunity of“The Belt and Road”initiative and promoting the Yellow River culture to go out can enhance the effectiveness of the international dissemination of the Yellow River culture.The Fire God Festival,which is widely spread in Hebei-Shandong-Henan,contains the beliefs of the Central Asian culture and absorbs the local culture in its development and evolution.However,the inheritance and development of the Fire God Festival are faced with many difficulties.Local governments or relevant departments can adopt the following strategies to promote the inheritance of the Fire God Festival:relying on local scientific research resources,digging deep into the cultural connotation of the Fire God Festival;organizing the application for higher grade intangible cultural heritage;promoting the modernization,digitization,and entertainment of the Fire God Festival;going deep into the countries and regions along“The Belt and Road”to find suitable audiences.
