后扶贫时代高职院校“困难”学生群体画像的精准育人策略

摘要 后扶贫时代,“困难”学生帮扶仍然是大学生思想政治教育工作的重要内容。在脱贫攻坚总体目标实现的背景下,高校要为“困难”学生提供个性化的成长指引。该研究通过学校大数据平台采集多维度数据,运用大数据挖掘技术的逻辑回归算法、决策树算法等,对“困难”学生群体进行画像研究,分析后扶贫时代“困难”学生群体教育面临的问题,并从心理扶助、劳动教育、建优能力发展体系方面提出后扶贫时代精准育人的实践路径,以期为高职院校提升育人成效、促进学生全面发展提供参考。 China has completed the goal and task of poverty alleviation in the new era,and has entered a five-year transition period.In the post-poverty era,the help for“difficult”students is still the main content of ideological education in colleges and universities.In the post-poverty era,colleges and universities need to pay more attention to providing personalized growth guidance fo“difficult”students.Taking JSCK higher vocational colleges as an example,this study collects multidimensional data through the school’s big data platform,and uses logistic regression algorithm,decision tree algorithm and other classification algorithms of big data mining technology to conduct portrait research on“difficult”student groups,and analyzes the problems faced by“difficult”student groups in the post-poverty alleviation era.From the aspects of psychological support,labor education and building excellent ability development system,this paper puts forward the practical path of precise education in the post-poverty era,in order to improve the effect of education and better serve its growth and all-round development.
