摘要
新工科背景下,培养具有高新技术的应用型、技能型现场工程师是职业院校的重要任务。然而,我国职业教育现场工程师培养存在课程体系与行业需求不匹配、校企合作人才培养运行机制不完善、实践教学效果不突出和评价体系不科学等问题。为提高职业教育现场工程师培养质量,可以采取创新现场工程师人才培养理念、构建现场工程师能力本位课程体系、创新现场工程师人才培养模式等对策。
In the context of new engineering,vocational colleges are tasked with nurturing applied,skilled on-site engineers equipped with high-tech knowledge.However,challenges such as curriculum-system mismatch with industry demands,imperfect operational mechanisms for school-enterprise cooperation in talent development,suboptimal practical teaching outcomes,and an unscientific evaluation system in the cultivation of on-site engineers persist within China's vocational education.To enhance the quality of on-site engineer development in vocational education,measures such as redefining the concept of on-site engineer talent development,establishing a curriculum system centered around the competencies required for on-site engineers,and innovating the mode of on-site engineer talent development can be implemented.
