小学教育惩戒实施的价值评价、存在问题与路径选择

摘要 教育惩戒能规范小学生言行,有助于高效开展教学活动和重塑师生关系。目前,小学教育惩戒实施存在以下问题:缺少相关法律意识,未构建正确惩戒观;优差生区别对待,公平性缺失;滥用惩戒,缺少目的性。为争取发挥教育惩戒的效用,小学教师可以遵循以下路径实施教育惩戒:认清教育惩戒内涵,明确惩戒目的与作用;依法开展教育惩戒,尊重并关爱学生;适度进行惩戒,把握好惩戒边界;提高职业素养,保证教育惩戒公平性;提高惩戒艺术与智慧,体现惩戒价值。 Educational punishment can regulate the words and deeds of primary school students,help to carry out efficient teaching activities and reshape the relationship between teachers and students.At present,there are the following problems in the implementation of punishment in primary education:lack of relevant legal knowledge,lack of a correct concept of punishment;differential treatment of excellent and poor students,lack of fairness;abuse of punishment,lack of purpose.In order to give full play to the effectiveness of educational punishment,primary school teachers can follow the following paths to implement educational punishment:clearly recognizing the connotation of educational punishment,clarifying the purpose and function of educational punishment,carrying out educational punishment in accordance with the law,respecting and careing for students,appropriately carring out discipline,grasing the boundary of punishment,improving professional accomplishment,ensuring the fairness of education and discipline,improving the art and wisdom of punishmening,and reflect the value of punishment.
