PC-SERS联用技术分析纳米银修饰纸质基底上的混合染料

摘要 纸质基底色谱技术与表面增强拉曼光谱技术的结合(PC-SERS)不仅具备纸色谱的分离能力,而且具备SERS技术的指纹式识别性能,在混合物分析检测研究中具有重要意义。本研究采用静电沉积的方法在滤纸表面沉积银纳米颗粒(Ag nanoparticles,Ag NPs),通过调控滤纸表面修饰的银纳米粒子的数量和密度,优化了复合滤纸SERS传感性能,结合比移值、SERS光谱分析可用于日落黄和颜料红57混合染料的分离检测。结果表明,所制备出的浓缩10倍银溶胶复合滤纸基底显示出了较好的灵敏度,最佳展开剂体系为V正丁醇∶V乙醇∶V氨水=3∶1∶1,展开后SERS检测限可低至10^(-6)mol/L,在口红样品检测中取得满意效果。 The combination of paper-based chromatography(PC-SERS)and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)not only has the separation ability of paper chromatography,but also has the fingerprint recognition performance of SERS,it is of great significance in the study of mixture analysis and detection.In this paper,Ag nanoparticles(Ag NPS)were deposited on the surface of filter paper by electrostatic deposition.The SERS sensing properties of composite filter paper were optimized by adjusting the number and density of Ag NPS on the surface of filter paper,the combination of specific shift and SERS could be used for the separation and detection of Sunset Yellow and pigment red 57 mixed dyes.The results showed that the substrate of silver sol composite filter paper with concentration of 10 times showed good sensitivity,and the optimum developing agent system was n-butanol∶Ethanol∶ammonia=3∶1∶1,the detection limit of SERS could be as low as 10^(-6) mol/L after spreading,and satisfactory results had been obtained in the detection of lipstick samples.
