摘要
针对玉溪矿业有限公司选厂现状和供矿性质,开展选矿流程考察、矿石工艺矿物学研究,通过引进FX610-GT旋流器、增加中矿再磨流程等手段对Ⅲ系列铜选矿流程进行改造,增加了矿石单体解离度,提高了矿石可选性,Ⅲ系列铜选矿回收率提高1%,取得了良好的经济效益。文章有一定的实用性,可为磨矿不充分、单体解离度低导致选矿回收率低的金属矿石提供了技术参考。
In view of the present situation of Yuxi Mining Plant and the nature of ore supply,this paper carries out the investigation of ore dressing process and the study of ore process mineralogy.By introducing FX610-GT cyclone and adding regrinding flowsheet of middle ore,the separation of ore is increased and the concentration recovery ratio is increased by 1 percentage point.This paper has a certain practicality,which can provide a certain technical reference for the concentration recovery ratio of metal ore caused by insufficient grinding and low monomer dissociation degree.
