角式进料压滤机在湿法冶金中的优化应用

摘要 为持续优化生产工艺,某公司在湿法车间新增2台350 m2程控角式进料隔膜压滤机,但在调试中发现一些问题,如存在部分隔膜板炸裂、滤饼含水率偏高及人工操作强度较大等。为确保压滤机的高效运转,最终主要在四个方面进行了进一步优化:一是压滤流程的优化;二是压滤控制系统的优化;三是夹布器优化;四是反冲洗液池优化。通过系统优化后,重新压滤试机,压滤滤饼厚薄基本一致,滤饼含水率指标保持在28%以下,总体效果好。 In order to continuously optimize the production process,a company has added two 350 m2 program-controlled angle feed diaphragm filter presses in the wet workshop.However some problems have been found in the commissioning,such as the cracking of some diaphragm plates,the high moisture content of filter cake and the high manual operation intensity.In order to ensure the efficient operation of the filter press,further optimization was carried out.One is the optimization of the filtration process;the second is the optimization of filter press control system;the third is the optimization of the clamper;the fourth is the optimization of the backwashing liquid prod.After the system is optimized,the filter press is re-filtered.The thickness of the filter cake is basically the same,and the water content index of the filter cake is kept below 28%.The overall effect is good.
