长三角城市群绿色创新效率的时空特征及动态演进

The Spatial-temporal Characteristics and Dynamic Evolution of Green Innovation Efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

摘要 建立中立性交叉效率模型测算长三角城市群绿色创新效率,并借助交叉效率-Global Malmquist指数和莫兰指数方法,分析长三角城市群绿色创新效率的动态演进。基于2015—2020年长三角城市群41个城市数据进行测算,结果表明:长三角城市群绿色创新效率整体呈现轻微的下降趋势;在绿色创新效率的总体水平上,浙江省总体水平最高,而江苏省内部均衡发展水平最佳;在总体效率提升的贡献度方面,资源配置效率的贡献大于技术发展的贡献;一体化政策实施促进了城市之间的交流与合作,有助于缩小城市间的发展差距,实现共同发展。 Establish a neutral cross-efficiency model to evaluate the green innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Leveraging the cross-efficiency-Global Malmquist index and Moran s index methods,the dynamic evolution of green innovation efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration was analyzed.Based on data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2015 to 2020,the results show that:The overall green innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration presents a slightly downward trend.As to the overall level of green innovation efficiency,Zhejiang Province has the highest overall level,while Jiangsu Province demonstrates the best internal balanced development.In terms of the contribution to overall efficiency improvement,the contribution of resource allocation efficiency exceeds that of technological development.The implementation of integrated policies facilitates communication and cooperation among cities,thereby helping to narrow the development gap between them and achieve common development.
