摘要
针对煤气化装置低压灰水管线结垢严重的情况,通过检修拆清及分析垢样数据,确认管线堵塞原因,并从优化煤质、药剂使用和流程等方面探索解决灰水管线结垢的方法,实现系统平稳运行。
In view of the serious scale formation in low-pressure gray water pipeline in coal gasification plant,the reasons for the blockage were determined during maintenance,dismantling and cleaning and by the analyzing data of scale sample.From coal quality selection,chemical use,and process optimization,we explored the ways to solve the scaling of the gray water system to achieve the smooth operation of the system.
