自重引起筒体形变的简化算法和工程应用

A SIMPLIFIED CALCULATING METHOD FOR SHELL DEFORMATION CAUSED BY GRAVITY AND ITS ENGINEERING APPLICATION

摘要 建立了一种卧置圆筒形构件由自重引起弹性形变的力学计算模型和理论计算简化公式,通过与实际构件的形变测量数据进行对比分析,验证了计算公式的合理性。提出了薄壁圆筒形构件在制造和热处理等过程中因自重引起形变的计算方法,以及对防变形措施有效性的量化评估方法。 A mechanical model for elastic deformation on horizontal cylinder caused by gravity stress was presented and a simplified calculating formula was deduced,compared with measured data of deformed cylinders,which was proved practical.A quantitative evaluation method for calculating deformation of thin-wall horizontal cylinder caused by gravity stress and effectiveness of their reinforcing supports during manufacturing and heat treatment was given.
